Project Management Workshop – Softskill training (24 - 27 October 2023)
From 24 to 27 October, Mazars in Hong Kong organised our “Project Management Workshop – Softskill training” for our audit seniors and assistant managers. We are pleased to have Raymond Fung from Strategic Talent Company as our trainer to share coaching skills with the participants.
During the workshop, the participants mainly learn the project management skills in terms of systematic problem solving technique and creative decision-making through presentations and group discussions. In addition, the training session also covered how to manage risk effectively to ensure quality project completion.
On the last day of the workshop, we held a closing ceremony for the workshop and presented certificates to the participants. Fung Shiu Hang, our Head of Audit & Assurances as well as other audit group heads had a closing speech for the training to share his project management experience and encouraged our audit staff to keep learning.
